1. Definitions and Operator

"Godz Casino", "we", "us" refer to Godz N.V., a company registered in Curacao under registration number 161004, with its registered office at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, Curacao. Godz N.V. holds Sub-License GLH-OCCHKTW0707072017 under master licence 365/JAZ issued by Antillephone N.V. The site is godzz.casino. The cashier currency at launch is EUR, with USD, GBP, CAD and AUD scheduled for Q3 2026.

2. Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher. Residents of restricted territories (which includes but is not limited to the United States, France, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Australia and any country subject to international sanctions) may not register or play. The player is responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they access the site.

3. Account Registration and KYC

Each player may hold one account. Multiple accounts are flagged automatically and result in confiscation of bonus winnings and a permanent ban. Players must provide accurate identity details. The first withdrawal triggers a documents check: government-issued ID, proof of address (no older than 90 days) and a payment-method confirmation. We reserve the right to ask for further verification at any time, including source-of-funds documents for large or frequent transactions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: €10 on fiat, €50 equivalent on crypto. Maximum deposit per transaction: €2,000 on cards, €20,000 on crypto. We do not charge any operator fees on deposits or withdrawals, with two exceptions: Bitcoin withdrawals below €100 carry the actual network fee, and Flexepin withdrawals carry a 2% voucher fee. Withdrawals are paid back to the source method where possible, otherwise to a method in the player's verified name.

5. Bonuses and Wagering

Each promotion is governed by its own published terms in addition to these general rules. The welcome match carries 35x wagering on the matched bonus and 35x on free spin winnings, with a 30 day expiry and a €5 max-bet rule while the bonus is active. Game weighting: slots 100%, table games 10%, live dealer 5%, jackpot slots and selected Megaways excluded. Bonus abuse (low-risk betting patterns, structured stake hedging, multi-account play) results in bonus winnings forfeiture. Real money deposits are never affected by bonus enforcement.

6. Inactive Accounts

An account becomes inactive after 12 consecutive months with no login. A monthly inactivity fee of €5 is then charged against the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by login. Crypto balances are converted to EUR at the prevailing rate at the moment of the first fee.

7. Disputes

Player complaints follow the published support escalation path (chat, senior agent, formal written complaint, 7 day SLA). Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the Curacao Gaming Control Board via Antillephone N.V. The player agrees that game outcomes recorded on our servers are definitive. RNG and live game audits are conducted quarterly by independent labs; audit certificates are made available on request.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Privacy and Data

We process player data in line with the GDPR and the Curacao Personal Data Protection Ordinance. Data is held inside the EU and is encrypted at rest and in transit. Players can request export or deletion of their data at any time via [email protected]. Deletion is honoured within 30 days, subject to the regulatory retention obligations that apply to gaming operators.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms with 14 days written notice (in-product banner plus email). Material adverse changes give players the right to close their account and withdraw any real-money balance without restriction.
